Our Dunce Cap and Gown Double Thiolized/American IPA packs a powerful punch, supported by a clean and lean grain bill of Pilsner and Dextra Pils malts. Fermented with Omega Little DPIA yeast to maximize aromatics, it delivers a massive wave of tropical and floral complexity from an intensive hopping of Cascade, Millennium, Nectaron, Ella, and Krush.
