Our Clumsily Ass Up Belgian Tripel is a masterclass in balance, pairing a light Pilsen malt base with the subtle sweetness of Cara malt. Infused with traditional Candi sugar and the herbal elegance of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, it finishes with the complex spicy and fruity esters characteristic of Belgian Ale 3 yeast.

In celebration of Johanna and Erik's 4th anniversary, we took our regular Born for the Haze Hazy Pale Ale and infused it with 7.5 pounds of fruit puree from Oregon Fruit Company including 2.5 pounds of Passion Fruit, 2.5 pounds of Orange, and 2.5 pounds of Guava, to make it a truly unique beer.

A lightly tart and refreshing kettle sour brewed with fresh raspberry puree. What makes this beer a “kettle” sour? The addition of lactobacillus in the kettle gives this style its signature tartness. Pours a lovely pink color, making it pleasing to the eye and to the palate.

German Hefeweizen with blood orange added to the secondary fermentation. Low ABV and bitterness with refreshing, easy drinking citrus character. A craft homage to the brass monkey.
