Based off of our Tapped series of Hazy India Pale Ales, we used 150 pounds of Citra fresh hops, handed picked by our friends at Carpenter Ranches six hours before being added into the beer. It was infused with even more Citra dry hopping to further intensifying the citrus and fruit flavor and aroma in this once-a-year beer.
