Long Term Investment Opportunities

U-Neek Food Truck Initiative

Homebrew Supply Store + Craft Brewery Synergy

Brew On Premises (BOP) Experience

What pairs better with locally crafted beverages than great food made by a locally owned small business? While we love hosting a rotating lineup of food trucks, we also recognize the value of offering our guests a consistent and convenient food option. That is why we are looking to launch a semi-permanent U-Neek Food Truck — a flexible model with a rotating menu that complements our taproom experience.

Our vision is simple:

Guests can stop by on their way home from work for dinner or place their food order right at the bar when ordering their craft beverage. We will also collaborate with our neighbor, Soundbite Cider, allowing their taproom guests to enjoy the same menu, which increase the value for both businesses and strengthening our shared community space.

When not parked at the taproom, the U-Neek Food Truck will operate as a mobile brand ambassador — serving at local business campuses, and community events. This creates additional revenue streams while growing awareness of U-Neek Brewing Company and the Pacific Northwest Brewing Center.

We will also provide our food truck days off and allow the return of our favorite Seattle area food trucks throughout the year to continue to show our support for them.

This expansion supports our broader mission:

Local craft. Local flavor. Local community

— all in one place.

The Greater Everett area is long overdue for a dedicated Homebrew Supply Store. For nearly a decade, local homebrewers have had to travel outside the city for fresh ingredients, equipment, and community. While we proudly support other shops in the region, there is a clear gap in convenient and local access.

By establishing a Homebrew Supply Store directly adjacent to our Craft Brewery and Taproom, we create an efficient and mutually beneficial business ecosystem. Shared purchasing of malt, hops, yeast, and equipment provides economies of scale, reducing costs, and improving margins. Even more importantly, the two businesses feed into each other: homebrewers visiting the supply store are introduced to the taproom, while brewery customers are inspired to start brewing at home.

This partnership also opens the door for branded homebrew recipe kits based on the brewery’s top-selling beers, allowing fans to create their favorite craft beverages at home, deepening brand loyalty and expanding revenue streams.

This is not just a retail store, it is a community hub for education, creativity, collaboration, and local craft culture. With the Everett’ areas growing population, active homebrewing community, and support for local business, this concept is well-positioned for strong and sustainable growth.

This expansion supports our broader mission:

Providing our community with everything in the craft and home brewing industries

— all in one place.

Not everyone has the room, equipment, or budget to support brewing at home, but that should not stop them from making their own craft beverages. Alongside our Homebrew Supply Store, we plan to offer a Brew-On-Premises (BOP) experience where local enthusiasts can come in and brew their own beer on professional equipment with our guidance and support.

Customers, whether first-time brewers or seasoned homebrewers, will have access to our full ingredient selection, recipe kits (including versions of our Brewery's top-selling beers), and knowledgeable staff to guide them through the brewing process. We will handle the heavy lifting: providing commercial-grade brewing systems, temperature controlled fermentation space, and multiple packaging options such as bottles, cans, or kegs.

This model not only lowers the barrier to entry for those who want to craft their own beer, it also builds community, increases foot traffic, and creates a steady and repeatable revenue stream. With the brewery, taproom, and homebrew shop working together, we create a unique ecosystem where customers learn, brew, share, and grow their passion for craft beer right here in Everett.

This expansion supports our broader mission:

Allow the opportunity to brew to anybody in our community

— all in one place.
