Our Kome As You Are Japanese Rice Lager is brewed for ultimate refreshment, featuring a feather-light body crafted from Flaked Rice and Dextra Pils. Fermented with Augustiner Lager yeast for a clean, snappy finish, it offers a sophisticated hint of floral spice thanks to the addition of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.

Our Krush Fresh Hop American IPA features a complex, bready foundation built from a blend of Two Row, Maris Otter, and Munich malts, with Dextra Pils adding a crisp finish. Fermented with London Ale II to enhance its malty backbone, the brew shines with the punchy, vibrant notes of fresh Millennium hops and 150 pounds of Krush fresh hops, handed picked by our friends at Carpenter Ranches six hours before being added into the beer.

Brewed in partnership with The Lodge locations, this American/West Coast India Pale Ale features a classic citrus hop profile over a medium bodied malt base.

In celebration of Johanna and Erik's 4th anniversary, we took our regular Born for the Haze Hazy Pale Ale and infused it with 7.5 pounds of fruit puree from Oregon Fruit Company including 2.5 pounds of Passion Fruit, 2.5 pounds of Orange, and 2.5 pounds of Guava, to make it a truly unique beer.

Our Peach Tree Thiolized/American IPA strikes a perfect balance between a bredy Munich malt base and a soft, Hazy mouthfeel from Flaked Wheat. Utilizing Omega Little DIPA yeast to amplify its fruity profile, the brew erupts with bold note of citrus and stone fruit driven by a vibrant hop blend of Cascade, Columbia, Citra, and Nectaron hops.
